Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this Vintage Egyptian 18k yellow gold marked massive and elaborate pendant, with enamel, lapis lazuli, turquoise, and coral accents that is beautifully detailed with various Egyptian symbols. The Eye of Horus is bezel set with 1x large carnelian bead (approx. 15.5mm diameter), a symbol of protection against envy, disease and evil spirits. A winged scarab, one of the most popular symbols, is a symbol of death, rebirth, and protection in the afterlife. The base of the pendant features a fringe of movable charms.
