Andres Harnisch is a distinguished Certified Personal Property Appraiser with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (C.A.G.A.), a Certified Fine Art Appraiser with the International Fine Art Academy, a Certified Level Estate Liquidator with the American Society of Estate Liquidators, and USPAP current. USPAP, which stands for the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, governs the appraisal business and ensures the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and ethics in the field.

Maureen Harnisch - COO

Maureen Harnisch is the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Harnisch & Company, a distinguished fine art and collectibles brokerage. Working alongside her husband and business partner, Andrés, Maureen is the organizational powerhouse behind the company, renowned for her sensitivity, discretion, and collaborative approach to client projects.

Maureen’s meticulous organizational skills shine in her coordination and management of the company’s estate services.
