Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this locally made hand-crafted 14k yellow gold marked ring in a size 7.5 that is center prong set with 1x pale blue oval facetted blue topaz (approx. 17.5mm x 12mm) and is further accented with 6x melee sized round facetted cubic zirconia (the maker chose to use cubic zirconia over real diamonds to not use blood diamonds in his creations).
