The ring is overall in good pre-owned condition, the ring was sized down and thew karat mark was cut out, it tested 14k, the stones tested rubies, please keep in mind that the gem-tester can not differentiate between man made rubies and natural rubies as their crystalline structure is identical, the ring is very dirty and tarnished and would benefit from a thorough cleaning and polishing, it came out of a safety deposit box were it was stored for over 40 years, The first photos were taken with flash all others were taken without
