Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this Vintage Pacific Vanuatu tree fern carved Tiki or Moai sculpture that is mounted on a dark wooden base. We were not sure of the geographic origin of the carving but were contacted by a eBay member that stated "it is carved from a plant called a tree fern. The carvings are known as tree fern figures and come from central Vanuatu. Either Malekula or Ambrym island. The condition is described above - for more details please check the photos.
