Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this 2020 Hawaii framed oil pastel on board painting that is titled "Palolo World View with Pines" depicting a clump of pine trees and cloudy skies and was created by the locally known artist Noelani Block during covid when she was not able to leave her home.
