Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this 2020 Hawaii framed oil pastel on board that is titled "Fioco over Stra" depicting Fioco the dog flying over Stra in Italy dreaming of chasing the moon and was created by the locally known artist Noelani Block.
