Up for sale from a recent client in Honolulu Hawaii this late 19th or early 20th century Continental European porcelain plate that features a painted portrait of a beautiful young woman wearing a tribal costume and necklace with cross pendant framed in a heavy gilt bronze bezel with relief designs of vases, music instruments, flowers and horned creatures. There is no signature on the painting itself and the back of the porcelain plate has a stamped partially visible number 3 or 5 and a scratched in number 1192. The item is overall in good pre-owned condition, the bronze frame is corroded but can be polished, the painting has a clear coat that shows some wear in places, to make the piece look like new that clear coat should be redone,
