Up for sale from a recent collector in Honolulu Hawaii this unusual 19th century Myanmar wooden carving with a figure motif Shamanic magic talisman that is painted with characters in black ink that comes on a fitted stand. The condition is described above - for more details please check the photos.
This is only one of about 300 pieces that will be listed in the coming days and weeks from this collection. We were very fortunate for having been chosen to work with the estate. There are many items that I have not seen outside of well stocked museums. I hope that these items will find new homes in collections all over the world. The owner has some provenance information that can be given on a item by items basis if available.
