The item is overall in acceptable pre-owned condition, lip rim glaze chips in multiple places (but they look less like chipped off but more like glaze bubbles that burst) or a combination of both, the foot has also a stable crack (see close ups), otherwise very decorative, the piece is quiet dirty and would benefit from a thorough cleaning
