Up for sale from a recent client in Honolulu Hawaii this 1982 Japanese framed and matted limited edition 43/100 color silkscreen print that is titled "Golden Fish Festival at Kuwana" and was created by the well known artist Masaaki Tanaka (born 1947). The condition is described above - for more information please check the photos. The print can be taken out of the frame and shipped at a much lower shipping $$$.

Tanaka Masaaki was born in 1947 into a family of artists in Setagaya, Tokyo. In 1971 he graduated from the oil painting department of the famous Musashino Art College. ... During this period the artist learned the different techniques of printmaking like woodblock, lithograph, steel engraving and silkscreen printing.

The print and frame are in excellent pre-owned condition, the print is numbered signed and titled in pencil, the frame and matting is nice, if you are looking to safe some shipping money the print can be taken out of the frame and shipped rolled up in a mailing tube for a lot less $$$, print not inspected out of the frame
