1980's Haitian Acrylic Painting "Cap-Haitian" by Thony Jean (Stea)

Up for auction from recent client in Honolulu this 1980's Haitian framed Acrylic painting on canvas by the Cap Haitian artist Thony Jean that is titled "Cap-Haitian" and is signed by the artist.

This painting was acquired by my client who was employees in the Foreign Service when living in Haiti in the early 1980's. She purchased all the paintings directly from the artists and they are offered for sale only because she is downsizing her collection - she loves every one of her pieces and it was very hard for her to let go of this and other paintings that I will list in the coming days.

Please keep in mind when deciding to purchase a Haitian painting with me that all the materials are from Haiti - stretcher bars are made of all kinds of wood and purchased paintings may not fit into standard American size frames.
