More about the artist:
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Hank resides with his wife, Janet, in Phoenix, AZ where he maintains a busy professional art studio.
After serving in the U.S.Army, Hank graduated with honors from the prestigious Philadelphia Museum School of Art.
After a successful career as Art Director/Creative Director, Hank founded his own ad agency in Phoenix. When asked how he transitioned from a successful career to a new life in the fine art arena, Hank said it was the result of a challenge from a nationally known art collector. Referring to a C.M. Russell bronze in the client's private collection, Hank told him, "I think I could do this". The client responded, "Let me see what you can do." Hank bought clay, made his first armature, and, over the next few days, created a Sioux Indian head sculpture. Confidently, Hank showed it to the client, who said, "Get it cast and I'll buy it!" As Hank says, "the rest is history!"
Hank is proficient in all art media. His diverse talents include writing and illustrating children's books, inspirational collections, and how-to-draw manuals. Joining Group VI Productions, Hank served as Art Director for the short film "November 22, 1963-A Child's Eyes", about the Kennedy assassination, which received a Gold Medal from the Atlanta Film Festival and the Golden Eagle from C.I.N.E.
Included in numerous corporate, city, museum and individual art collections, Hank's artwork has been shown at major invitational shows such as: Master's of the West Show at the Autry Museum of Western Heritage; The Mountain Oyster Western Contemporary Art Show; the Empire 100 Western Art Show and Sale; and the Festival of Western Art Show.
Hank is in Who's Who in Western Art; Artists of Renown, Pat Broder's Bronzes of the American West; Who's Who in American Art; Contemporary Western Artists; The West and Walter Brimson; and Men of Achievement in the World.
He has taught very successful classes in Sculpture, Cartooning and Drawing at The Principia College, Elsah, IL.
Hank is active in his church and selected local art and charitable organizations. He has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona and the American Indian and Cowboy Artists and on the Board of Directors for Executives International.

Shipping: Although Hawaii is part of the United States, it is important to know when purchasing items that shipping times can be a bit longer and shipping charges can be a bit higher than for the US mainland. Please keep this in mind when rating my shipping charges and handling times, as your ratings have immediate discount or listing-standing consequences for me. Thank you for understanding!!!
Packing material: I charge you my costs for all packing materials used. However, this is Hawaii and not the continental US, and everything has to be shipped in from out of state. To give you an idea, a shipping box, if it is not a free one from the Post Office, costs between $4 - $9. Bubble wrap costs $1 per foot and I usually use at least 3 or 4 feet or more for breakable items. Foam chips per box (book box size) will be between $8 - $10, and packing tape costs me $3 a small roll.
