Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this attractive first half of the 20th century US platinum filigree crescent shaped brooch pin that set with 16x heavy cut diamonds (total weight approx. 2.00ct.) and with 1x round heavy Diamond (approx. weight 0.33ct.).
