The item is overall in good pre-owned condition, there is some staining visible on the lower right of the mat, the frame needs to be opened up and the mat should clean off, if not a new mat will have to be cut, the photo is signed in pen on the front and the back with the artist brochure and title written on the back, the photo was not inspected out of the frame,
