Up for sale from a recent client in Honolulu Hawaii is this vintage German made J.A. Henckels Antique Corn Knife that was specifically designed for harvesting and processing corn. The Corn Knife that was specifically designed for harvesting and processing corn by efficiently and effectively cutting and harvesting ears of corn from the stocks during harvesting season. The sharp curved blade of the corn knife made ideal for slicing through the husks and stocks of corn to collect the ears.
The knife is made of carbon steel and is in good condition with with only minor signs of use, and the blade appears unworn. The handle appears to be an off-white celluloid or plastic.
